By accessing and using muskokaenergystorage.ca ("the Site"), operated by Ontario Lead Networks doing business as Muskoka Energy Storage, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the Site.
Description of Service
Muskoka Energy Storage is an independent referral service that connects Ontario homeowners with qualified home battery storage and solar energy installation providers. We provide information about energy storage and solar solutions and facilitate introductions between homeowners and service providers. We do not directly provide installation, maintenance, or energy services.
Referral Disclosure
Muskoka Energy Storage is an independent referral service operated by Ontario Lead Networks. We may receive compensation (referral fees) when you are connected with a service provider through our Site and that connection results in a completed transaction. This compensation does not increase the cost of services to you. Our recommendations are based on provider qualifications and service area coverage.
No Guarantee of Service
While we strive to connect you with qualified service providers, we do not guarantee:
- That a service provider will contact you within any specific timeframe
- The quality, safety, or legality of services provided by any third-party installer
- That any specific rebate, incentive, or savings amount will be available to you
- That your property will qualify for battery storage or solar installation
- That any installer will agree to perform work at your property
Accuracy of Information
We make reasonable efforts to ensure the information on this Site is accurate and up-to-date, including information about Ontario electricity rates, rebate programs, and energy savings. However, rates, programs, and regulations can change without notice. The information on this Site is provided for general informational purposes only and should not be relied upon as financial, legal, or technical advice. Always verify current rates and program details with your utility provider and the Ontario government.
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Muskoka Energy Storage, Ontario Lead Networks, and their owners, officers, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from:
